I was scheduled for an interview and even received a reminder the day before. I arranged my schedule and took PTO from my current job to be available. The morning of the interview, they canceled it with no prior warning and immediately sent a rejection letter before I had the chance to speak with anyone. It was a disappointing and unprofessional experience, especially given the time and preparation candidates invest. A little more consideration and communication would go a long way.
