I met with the Property Manager for a 1 on 1 interview, that went well. After that I was contacted for a second interview conducted by another employee, the Regional Manager wasn't available. The 2nd interview was more casual, and also went well. I was given an offer, but the background process seemed to take forever.

Got a phone call from the regional manager. We met in person and she asked very standard questions regarding my past experience. She tested my knowledge of landlord tenant law, move out procedures, and how I handle difficult situations. She asked about my weaknesses and how I would be able to overcome some challenges that I might face on the job.
