Quick and Great turnaround. I placed my application and within 4 min of submit button, I had a phone call from the recruiter to set up an interview within that day or the next day on site. When arriving early onsite the detailed instructions given were very clear on what was the next steps during arrival. I was greeted at the door with a positive attitude by team members and also greeted by the Hiring manager a few moments later. The hiring manager eased my nervousness and made me feel comfortable by starting with a general conversation and letting me know more about Essex. then went into interview questions. Within 4 hours that day, I received a call for an extended offer.
