Applied online, was approached with a phone screen. Then approached for a next round zoom interview. The interviewer was a VP who was clearly in a bad mood at the start of the call and apparently had not seen my resume. He abruptly ended the interview after 10 minutes and immediately told me i was not a fit. Said my experience does not translate well for this role and made an excuse blaming the recruiter for wasting everyone's time. I've never seen an interviewer be so rude, and arrogant to immediately blame the recruiter for this. I don't know how any of this happened when the zoom interview was scheduled several days after the phone screen.

Interview process dragged too long, over a month.Team was inconsiderate . HR gave conflicting information. They ask for a bunch of samples of work(excels etc).Had multiple zoom interviews and on-site interviews including a panel interview to present a 'homework' case study. Almost felt like they are holding fake interviews to steal ideas from candidates. 5 interview rounds felt totally unnecessary for a non-tech role.Was rejected after 5 rounds.
