Received an email to schedule a phone interview about a week after applying. After that, there was a hiring manager interview which was as far as I got in the process.
The position has been up for months now and was just reposted again recently, so it seems like they aren't in a rush to hire anybody.

First round was a phone screening with HR, then a 1 on 1 with the manager five days later. Never heard anything from them after that. This was back in April and the job posting is still up...
...my guess is that they are probably looking for a unicorn candidate but in the time between then and now they could've probably had someone trained already ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
