- A face-to-face screening with an HR Manager to see whether there was a good fit in my background and the company
- An interview with my future manager based on the task at hand and my knowledge of the product
- A final screening with the VP

It was an initial phone screening interview with HR. Then I was invited to visit the office for an in-person interview. The overall process was very friendly and wasn't particularly demanding.

Tu poses une journée de congé en s'arrangeant pour que ton boss ne flaire pas le coup, tu mets ton costume et tu cires tes pompes, tu vas faire l'entretien, le manager ne parle que de lui pendant 1H, la RH ne dit rien, promet des nouvelles dans la semaine, tu remercies par mail de l'entretien, et tu ne reçois jamais aucune nouvelle....
ça donne une bonne idée de l'ambiance d'entreprise et de la culture RH..
