I was contacted by a recruiter explaining that I was perfect for the role. A few weeks later did a panel interview with no actual interview questions and an interviewer who was late, left the room on several occasions, and did not leave a great impression for a company with "significant turnover" per him. Waited 3 weeks to hear that I am still being considered, but the role was being "re-assessed". Finally hear after waiting for two plus months I didnt get the role ....
