I applied for this position and recieved an invite for an interview within 1 day. I spoke to the HR representative, and then was set up for an interview with the hiring manager. The interview went went and I was told I would hear about the next steps for a second interview within a week. A week went by and nothing was communicated. Another 2 weeks went by and I emailed HR to ask for an update. No response. I asked once more a week later. Still no response. Finally after 2 more weeks I recieved an email saying they went with another candidate. To me, this process was very unprofessional and disrespectful to someone who invests time and energy in the interview. I have applied for other positions within the company and I do not even receive an email saying I've been turned down. They just close it. I have the experience, so that's not an issue. This company, from my interview experience, doe not care about people and does not communicate at all. Looking back on it, they did me a favor. I would not recommend anyone apply to this company. They will treat you like a piece of trash and throw you to the side.
