First interview with HR was okay, after a week was contacted for a second interview with local managers. They started asking about practical experience, specific tasks, and processes that I didn’t do, due to my social sciences background. Why did I pass the first interview if I was not a right match for the position, were they looking for a worker with specific experience to underpay 800€ monthly in a small city surrounded by mountains ? At the end of the call they speed up and didn’t even let me finish to speak, they just closed the call. 0 professionals
