Applied online, recruiter reached back the same day, scheduled a teams meeting with him for an "introductory" interview, then I moved on to a second teams meeting with I believe the hiring manager. I then got invited to the site to do an in person interview with 5 different people, a panel interview. That interview was on a Friday, its now Wednesday and I haven't heard anything back
