It was a fairly easy interview process for the sales role. There was a phone screening to begin with and next it was interviews with the hiring manager and HR.
The interview process for a Sales Representative role at Essity had three steps: an initial phone screening, a video interview, and a final in-person interview. The phone call was mainly to discuss my background and interest in the role. The video and in-person interviews were mostly behavioral questions about past experiences and how I approach sales situations. Overall, the process was straightforward and the questions were fairly easy.

4 interviews phone, face to face with Regional management, face to face with VP of sales, face to face with President of company. The interview process is long and difficult. It is a medical device company which if you don’t have any medical expertise then you won’t make it very far.
