Estée Lauder Companies interview questions

The first round was a group interview with multiple candidates. The process was structured, and the recruiters were professional and clear in explaining what the role entailed. Each candidate had a chance to introduce themselves and answer a few questions, and the format gave a good sense of how the company evaluates teamwork and communication.

I had 2 interviews with members of the team, both went very well. I was told by HR I would hear from them after their next team regroup. It's been 3 weeks since my last interview, and 2 weeks since my last follow-up email. Candidates don't deserve to be ghosted. Even the briefest of communication would be appreciated.
