Interview
Video two way interview; very professional and thoroughly explained the duties of the position. Questions were varied and included what do you expect the job duties to be and why are you interested in a job with Estee Lauder.
Good easy, three calls virtually and an offer after. Good recruitment team but only temp roles offered therefore did not suit me personally. Good follow ups, just seem they know what works and what they like, which is a positive
