Interview
I’ve spoken to the same recruiter for several roles that she agrees I am very suited for, but for reasons I blame entirely on her severe disorganization and unprofessionalism in managing phone screenings / submitting candidates, I’ve never spoken to an actual hiring rep or received any feedback. It reflects VERY poorly on EL to have this gatekeeper speaking to candidates who are enthusiastic about working for the company.

(After I’ve called her at the agreed time): Can you please hold on while I find your resume? Omg, I’m just so busy, I can’t seem to find it, can you please send it again? What is the job you want to discuss? Hang on, let me see what that job requisition says. I just have too much going on. Oh, I think I remember this one. Remind me of your experience? Yes, You seem like a great fit. I’m going to send your application to the VP.
