Phone interview with Michael Page and then F2F with Michael Page. I went on to interview onsite at Estee Lauder. The interview was a half day. Had to prepare a presentation and do a business case. Overall a great experience but think that Estee Lauders management only seeks FMCG experience and not open to different backgrounds
