Interview
There are 3 rounds: one with HR, one with Hiring Manager, final one with Hiring Manager's superior.
The interview with HR was terrible although her title is HR Manager. She was like just called candidates to fulfill her KPI for the day. The interview with HR was online and she kept yawning, playing phone and didn't focus on the answers of candidate at all. She just asked 3 questions for fun and closed the call within 15 minutes.

Question 1
que se de estee lauder? por que quiero incorporarme?
Hiring managers reached out to me for an interview to which I agreed. It felt like a waste of time as they simply bombarded me with questions that were not relevant to the position I was applying for. One manager asked me why I was so interested in working with them, which I found comical as I did not even apply.
