I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies (Markham, ON) in Dec 2022
Interview
Initial screening call followed by 1-hour Teams interview. Very disorganized and the position I was interviewed for did not match the job description. I was told to prepare for a technical interview, but was not asked any technical questions during the Teams call. The two interviewers also asked the same questions and did not seem to be listening to my answers or each other.

Interview
The process consisted of four rounds of interviews, which lasted a month typical HR screening, Director interview, a meeting with some of the team, then the VP. Everyone insisted I would hear back from them even if I didn't get the position, however it's been over two months without any follow up or feedback. It's been a complete waste of time.
