It was 3 rounds you met with hr and in the last one senior management. They are all very kind and really want to know about you and if you know anything about Estée Lauder companies (such as la mer, Bobbi brown, Mac). They are very excited during the interviews because they love adding people to their team.
It was pretty Quick and easy. During the interview they Asked open ended questions. I had two interviews with different leaders. I had a positive experience and accepted the role
