30 min Behavioral interview w recruiter 30 min online assessment When rejected i asked for feedback and they refused which i found pretty weird and kind of rude. Process seemed very surface level, never even met with someone from the actual e-commerce team.

two rounds of interview, each roughly 45 minutes to an hour. First with HR Manager and final review with line manager. Mostly consisted of behavioral questions, motivational questions, Why us/which ELC brand, etc. Interviewer was friendly, but was unable to receive feedback after being rejected
