Estée Lauder Companies Store Manager interview questions

The interview did not feel like an interview. It was simply an open conversation. They asked questions to learn about my leadership style and I asked questions to learn if it was the right company for me to join.

Had 3 interviews, job posting kept getting pulled and then put back on. They interviewed me, kept stringing me along and then said the position was filled from within after asking for information 3x. Really crappy experience
