You apply through the talent discovery department which goes through resumes and applications. It’s a very slow process. Then your resume is sent to the direct supervisor of the department you are applying for. Then they review your resume and reach out to the talent team saying they are interested. The talent team then reaches out to you to set up a phone interview. If you pass the phone interview you then have a shadow day where they test your skills and have you shadow each department. You then talk with the supervisor and hospital director.
