I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Etleap in Dec 2018
Interview
I spoke with Etleap's Office Manager initially, and then was connected with their Founder/CEO for a second call. I enjoyed speaking to them both. It was a fairly standard interview with thoughtful questions regarding my methodology and experience. I didn't end up being their ideal fit for the role, but I wish them the best of luck. They seemed like a small but productive team with a solid list of clients with little sales support.
Phone screen with recruiter, then with founder and then onsite with the team. They were late to the interview coming from another meeting, saying they didn't account for travel time. They definitely need marketing but lack the resources to invest in this role that needs both budget and people resources. No follow-up post on site, very unprofessional.

Interview
I got shortlisted from the candidates, followed by an email and then a phone call by the 'Office Manager.'
I never got a call/email/response after the first call even after following up on numerous occasions. Very unprofessional, pathetic experience!
Not sure if they are hiring or just window shopping. Do not waste your time!
