Interview
The interview process was smooth, well-structured, and moved quickly. Scheduling was efficient, and communication throughout the process was clear.
It started with an initial call with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The next round was a technical interview with the Data Analyst team, which included a live SQL exercise. The SQL portion consisted of four questions and was conducted on a shared screen; it was straightforward and focused on practical problem-solving.
After that, I met with the Director of the team and then participated in a panel-style round with team members from Engineering, Design, Operations, and Finance. Most questions across all rounds were scenario-based and focused on real-world situations rather than theoretical concepts.
All interviewers were professional, welcoming, and respectful. Even though I did not receive an offer, I had a positive experience overall and appreciated how organized and thoughtful the interview process was.
