Etsy Senior Accountant interview questions

I did a phone interview with a recruiter who told me I would hear back within a week. No feedback after a week so I emailed them and received no information. I never heard from them again. Considering how Etsy prides itself in treating their employees with respect, it certainly does not make a good impression on prospective employees. To not even let somebody know whether they've been successful/unsuccessful is very poor and would stop me from ever applying to Etsy again. If they don't respect the time/effort put in by candidates, I doubt they would later respect my time/effort as an employee.
