The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ettain Group
Interview
The interview process was very thorough. I would say that I interviewed for about 50 days. I had a total of 5 interviews. First I was invited to take a personality/aptitude test. The next step was a Skype interview with an internal recruiter. Then I met with the Business Development Manager in person. After that I was invited for another interview with the General Manager (this one in person as well). Following that interview I was invited to a job shadowing. At the shadowing I was able to meet everyone in the office and to see that daily duties. Lastly, I had a phone interview with the Regional Manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions weren't difficult. They were basically personality questions.
Once I applied, I received an invite to schedule a brief 30 minute call as a "get to know you" interview. Everything went well, and then I was told to submit my resume and a cover letter. Weeks went by where I would follow up, but was met with no response. I ultimately didn't get the job, even though my experience aligned with what they were looking for.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ettain Group (Clover, SC)
Interview
First interview was over the phone with a corporate recruiter shortly after applying on Indeed, then an online assessment with a one way video interview to answer two questions. Final interview was onsite in person with both hiring managers for the two departments, the regional VP and both recruiting managers for the two departments. The process was very easy and turn around times for next steps were communicated clearly and were very accurate. My onsite interview was well over 2 hours and such a comfortable experience. Everyone that I spoke to was very easy to talk to and all seemed incredibly enthusiastic about their positions, the company and the industry. I’m excited to start working for them soon!
