Phone screen with two recruiters from this group, neither impressed me. First one was polite, but didn’t know many details and also failed to mention the pay rate was much lower than I would have considered. The second one, apparently more senior to the first, was happy to tell me that the pay was much lower, and also, that I was not qualified for the role, even though I have 20 years of experience. My follow up emails went unanswered. Waste of time.
