Got a call from ettaingroup recruiter with the 'perfect job' and fit. Spoke with the recruiter on phone, and sent my resume as requested. All along recruiter telling me 'I'm perfect fit', 'with the recruiter knowing full well I have more than 10 years experience. Recruiter states will forward to their account manager. Get an email then, stating the manager really wants' 2-3' years experience, I have 'too much experience( code for too old) and they will pass. If experienced and looking to avoid age discrimination, pass on any phone calls from this recruiter.
