I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ettain Group in Jan 2016
Interview
There was a very thorough preliminary interview with a very friendly recruiter. I was passed along to a hiring manager for a second phone interview. We spoke for about a half hour and it was a pleasant experience overall.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How has your past experience prepared you to be a recruiter.
Once I applied, I received an invite to schedule a brief 30 minute call as a "get to know you" interview. Everything went well, and then I was told to submit my resume and a cover letter. Weeks went by where I would follow up, but was met with no response. I ultimately didn't get the job, even though my experience aligned with what they were looking for.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ettain Group (Clover, SC)
Interview
First interview was over the phone with a corporate recruiter shortly after applying on Indeed, then an online assessment with a one way video interview to answer two questions. Final interview was onsite in person with both hiring managers for the two departments, the regional VP and both recruiting managers for the two departments. The process was very easy and turn around times for next steps were communicated clearly and were very accurate. My onsite interview was well over 2 hours and such a comfortable experience. Everyone that I spoke to was very easy to talk to and all seemed incredibly enthusiastic about their positions, the company and the industry. I’m excited to start working for them soon!
