Did a phone interview and I thought it went well, went in to the office and met with the general manager. Then went back in and met with four different people. After going in to the office I thought it was the place for me but I never heard back.

Phone interview with recruiter. Very long unnecessary assessment that assesses your personality, analogies, math etc and an in person interview. I read a review on Glassdoor before going to my interview and almost canceled it because someone spoke about the lack of diversity. I went anyway because I've wanted to get into HR since graduating from college. The interviewer said she knows if she would hire someone within 3 minutes and I know this is true for many managers. She said she could tell I am very professional and well organized. However, today I received an email stating they decided to move forward with other candidate"s." I didn't see any minorities upon entering the room, I wonder what else she gathered from me during the initial 3 minutes besides me appearing to be very professional and well organized...
