I had a first round interview scheduled with a Senior recruiter. Was supposed to be a phone interview but 30mins passed the scheduled time they emailed asking to reschedule the interview. I thought that sometimes things happen and people get pulled into other projects or maybe something personal came up. Had another interview scheduled and again the Senior recruiter was a no-show.
