The interview was incredibly informal, I wasn’t asked about any prior work experience I was merely told what my responsibilities are going to be and the pay rate. I was also asked if I was able to work 6 hour opening/ closing shifts and if I was available on weekends.

I got an interview about a week or two after applying. They were looking for someone to join quickly. It was really smooth, the manager was really nice, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Dress business casual, like a dress, skirt, or slacks.
