I submitted a job application online, was called in a few days later to fill out a paper application in store and have an interview. During my interview, I was told gossip about other employees and essentially told that I was being hire to replace someone the manager didn't like. I was asked if I'd used their scheduling system before, if I'd worked a job like this before, and if I could sell the manager on one of their products. By the time I got home, I had already received a call that I was offered the job.
