Three different stages all over Google Meet. Overall, the process was quick - speed is a strength of the team I can tell even on the other side, and the company cares a lot about executing at a high degree. Each conversation was candid about the workload to expect and how we're in the foundational building phase, but I was honestly excited about that and can say that there have been no surprises. Also, there aren't expectations to work on the weekend - nor was that ever communicated by any leader at the company.
