Applied through an internal referral. The internal referral was extremely nice and did my initial phone screen. Within a week, HR reached out to me for a copy of my resume and I was scheduled to speak with the Hiring Manager. Hiring Manager was disengaged from the beginning of the interview. After the first question: "Why are you interested in this role and why are you a good fit?" the Hiring Manager asked if I had any questions? After that question, our conversation turned into "let's continue this discussion till the 30 minute mark hit."
