Interview with a recruiter followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the recruiter was quick and easy, I answered a few questions about my experience and he told me about the role/company.The second interview was behavioral/situational and around 45 minutes-1 hour. Both interviews were via video. After two interviews, I would've appreciate a note from the recruiter letting me know I wasn't moving forward rather than an automated message about my application. I reached out for feedback and didn't hear back.
