Online application + recruiter on the phone + Hiring Manager video call + 3-4 hours panel interview on-site, 4 people. The people doing the interviews were relevant to the position. The succession of events happened pretty quickly, no hiccups. Good group of friendly people. Unfortunately it took 12 days with no communication whatsoever to hear that I was not selected, but I guess that's what it takes in order to see who else might accept an offer.
