I went through four rounds of interviews with six people (recruiter, hiring manager, two panel interviews with two team members each). Scheduling happened quickly, too...at first. The latter two rounds of interviews were more informal than the first two rounds, but I felt everyone was very nice and did a good job describing the role and how I could contribute. After the final interview, I received a soft rejection email the next day ("Join our talent community!") and then after two and a half weeks of silence, I received a hard rejection from the recruiter from a no-reply email address.
