I recently completed the full interview process for the Salesforce Administrator role at EverCommerce. While the interviewers themselves were polite, the overall experience was poorly managed. Communication was inconsistent, timelines shifted without notice, and the final outcome was delivered in a generic, impersonal message after weeks of waiting.
As a seasoned Salesforce professional, I found this process unprofessional and reflective of weak internal coordination. Candidates who invest significant time and preparation deserve transparency, timely updates, and basic respect for their effort.
I would advise EverCommerce to reevaluate its hiring process and candidate communication approach. For future applicants, be aware that this process can be lengthy and disorganized, even after reaching the final round.
