Interview process was seamless and incredibly well managed. There were several rounds of interviews starting with Talent Acquisition and spanning several stakeholder discussions (Peers, CFO, CTO, CPO) and hiring manager (2 conversations) The team members were incredibly engaged, had reviewed my resume and asked meaningful questions ranging from strategic vision to technical core competencies. I loved that applicants were more than just a skill set, they were really invested in ensuring a good cultural fit which was incredibly important to me. Each team member was engaging, likable and brought a refreshing transparency to the conversations. I enjoyed the discussions & left each conversation feeling as though that was a great company who invests in great people. They seemed to genuinely like and respect one another.
