Recruiter responded with a request to schedule an interview. Once the day and time was agreed when she would call, never heard from her, even after I sent an email to inquire. I certainly understand that circumstances are often out of one's control, but to ignore and ghost a candidate who set aside time for a call is unprofessional. I guess it's a by-product of that legendary "fast-paced culture" that EverCommerce likes to brag about. Read the other reviews. Your time is valuable...don't waste it with this company.

Ghosted. Shows a lot about the company. Feeling bad for them. They will never get top talent and stay average.

Recruiter -> Hiring Manager -> Panel Interview then I got ghosted. I usually recommend candidates to stay away from companies that ghost them during the job interview because it will waste your time, time that you can spend preparing for other interviews.

Application submitted followed by a phone screening. The call lasted about an hour. Was given clear expectations for a follow up but never heard back. The call was conversational. The interviewer was personable and unintimidating.
