I was contacted by the recruiter several months after I applied online which surprised me. My initial call with him went very well even though he was late. I was set up a few days later to chat with their CMO who was also late to our Zoom. I thought our conversation went very well and I was excited to hear about next steps, however, I never heard back. I followed up 2x with the recruiter and never received a single reply, even when I just asked for feedback. This was very disappointing. The company sounded appealing and it surprised me that they didn't have the common courtesy to respond to my follow ups.
