Received an email to schedule a time to have a screening interview, had to reschedule the day of due to a scheduling conflict on Evercommerce end. Interview consisted of very standard screening questions and company background. After the screening call was conducted, that next steps in the interview process would be a call with a direct hiring manager. An update was stated to be provided in a week. Two weeks later and no update and ghosted an update request via email. Slightly unprofessional to not provide an update regarding a management role.
