The interview process was very fair and easy to follow. I got a call from the company's HR to have a screening call to make sure the role and I were a good fit. After that, there was an interview with the team to talk about my experience and the role's expectations. Finally, there was a panel interview with various stakeholders I would commonly work with. These interviews were enjoyable and made sense for the role.

Phone screen with recruiter, hiring manager call, homework + presentation, meet with department head. Nothing out of the ordinary. Somewhat odd that the hiring manager was more involved in the interview scheduling process than the recruiter, but that’s okay. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Salary on job description was a lowball and they verbally admitted it. But benefits nice with 401k matching. Strange business strategy acquiring a bunch of smaller companies … do they want to be a conglomerate? Being a very large company-ish they are somewhat unfriendly towards people with startup experience or startup mindsets. Overall they are very nice and personally friendly. But their policies are slightly not employee-centric.
