I was scouted by a recruiter and reached out to. The interview process seemed fairly straightforward and standard. However, they sent me through 5 rounds of interviews for the position. When they are on the fence about you they will make the process longer with more rounds of interviews.
It was a smooth interview process. I found everyone I interacted with engaging, respectful and open to questions. I felt a lot of care was taken to accommodate me through the process.
