This was a very fair interview process. I met with the recruiter, was told the interview process, met with the team, and emailed a rejection with a reason why. Very fair and I'm ok with that.
It was a fairly direct and efficient interview process. Although I didn't receive an offer I feel like I met with all the key stakeholders related to the role. Everyone I spoke with was very open and excited to discuss the role and what the team dynamic was like.
