EverCommerce interview questions

Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. The entire process took 3 months. I initially had the HR interview in Oct, heard nothing back for almost a month, and then received an email to ask if I'm still interested in the role as they had a pause in hiring. After reaching out, it took 2 weeks to actually set up an interview with the hiring team. When I actually met with the hiring team, it was clear this person had not read my resume or linkedin information, and wasn't keen on even continuing to interviewing me. Just because I didn't have experience working with for Med Tech-related companies but all my experience and skill set were transferrable for the role. At this point, I had realized I wasn't moving to the next interview stage, but failed to even get a rejection email from the HR team, until I initiated the email. My suggestion, don't even bother applying here. The salary range was so low even after the conversion rate from USD to CAD and the expectation was that you would be doing 2 roles in one.
