Evercore Executive Assistant interview questions

A very disrespectful process. 20 mins interview with two people then i was ushered into the room next door to do an email test exercise. The next candidate was waiting outside as i left the first room, another candidate still in the next room being tested as i waited outside that room - it was like a conveyor belt churning candidates in and out. A company is also selling themselves to you don't forget. It's not just you selling yourself to them. I ended up placing at a company who respects their candidates. If i'm ever job hunting again and i'm sent a jobspec for Evervore, i will decline because i believe their interview process is a good indicator of how they will treat you as an employee.
