I applied online. I interviewed at Everest Re Group (Boston, MA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Typically I do not leave reviews. I submitted my resume a recruiter followed up with me to set up a phone screening. The recruiter realized I was not local for the position and wanted to know there was no relocation for the position. I was fine with that I was willing to relocate for the position and informed the recruiter. I scheduled my phone screen and the very next day I woke up with an email stating I am no longer being considered. Qualification is 3-5 years of underwriting I have 4. I am also a three tour decorated veteran. I followed up with the recruiter to confirm if the e-mail was true or an error. She did not answer me this was the most unprofessional treatment I have ever encountered. Monday they were willing to phone screen me. Tuesday morning they weren’t and I do not get a confirmation regarding the email. I would put the recruiters name here but I am going to go the high road.
