Interview
2 stage interviews. A mix of competency, motivations and technical questions. Overall a very professional and enjoyable process. The interviews lasted 1 hour each and there was time to ask any questions at the end.
Smooth & quick! You meet with a few members of the team individually for 30ish minutes each. It is a conversational interview and they leave room for you to ask your questions as well.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Everest Re Group (London, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
6 rapid fire interview stages, fairly standard Q with 15min break in the middle. The process was OK and done over microsoft teams, the only reason I'm giving a negative experience is that it was a long process and no feedback was given other than 'they thought you had a fantastic skill set but chose a person with more experience'. I've managed to secure a role now elsewhere but some real feedback would've been nice.
