I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Evergreen (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
I initially went to an open interview that was held at a local bar where it was fairly low key, getting to know a few of the employees in a Q&A setting. I received an invitation to come in for an interview. I met with multiple people during the interview process, including the Sales Manager & VP of Sales. It was a well run process, however, I was not the best candidate for the position based on my experience.

Question 1
Tell me time where you had a confrontation with a co-worker, and how did you handle the situation?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Evergreen in Jan 2018
Interview
I had an initial phone screening with the sales manager. I felt super comfortable and felt like the person interviewing me did their own research on what I'm currently doing for work. I made it to the second round phone interview where I was asked to simulate a "cold call" for the company. I felt like it went well and I was surprised to get some feedback after the "cold call". The feed back I was given was very useful and it was a good experience to go through the interview process for my overall growth and development.
